Chris Birdman Andersen Cleared In Child Pornography |
Andersen, 35, was probed not too long ago after a Canadian woman reportedly posed as the Birdman to communicate with underage ladies, his attorney, Mark Bryant stated.
Regulators have confirmed that Shelly Lynn Chartier, 29, posed as Anderson while speaking with the minors and other individuals.
'Based on the information that we've been able to obtain and examine, we are not pursuing costs against Chris Andersen,' stated Lisa Pinto, a spokeswoman for that 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Workplace.
Pinto additional that further details will likely be revealed in the future.
Chartier was booked in January over a summary of charges that included possession and transmission of baby pornography, impersonation, extortion and also making threats, said Sgt. Series Karpish, a spokeswoman with this Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
The girl also faces charges in Colorado.
