Aldon Smith Arrested For Suspicions Of DUI, Marijuana!

San fran 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith is having some trouble staying away from trouble. The third-year linebacker was charged with DUI upon Friday after being involved with a one-car accident about 7 a. m. PT near San Jose. Smith has also been charged with ownership involving marijuana, according to your Santa Clara County Sheriff's Place of work.

Smith blew a .15, based on the San Jose Mercury Media. That's almost two instances the legal limit connected with. 08 in California. The one-vehicle accident taken place when Smith crashed into a tree. Pills were also present in Smith's car, according to the Mercury Reports.

After practice on Fri, 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh essentially said that Smith will likely be playing against the Colts upon Sunday, 'I expect Aldon for being back at work and play on Sunday, said Harbaugh.

This is Smith's 2nd DUI arrest since 49ers selected him seventh overall from the 2011 NFL Draft. Smith was also arrested with regard to DUI in January 2012 immediately after an incident in Miami Beach. The charges for the reason that DUI arrest were later reduced.

Those are not all Smith's troubles though. The 23-year-old linebacker is usually facing 2 lawsuits stemming at a party he threw on his residence in Summer 2012. Smith was actually stabbed on the party, but the injury didn't turn out to be serious.

Based on the Sacramento Bee, Smith's public arrest is the fifth DUI-related arrest for the 49ers during the last two and a 1/2 years.
